Hi, I am interested in joining a "water walking" class at our neighborhood rec center which features the resistance of an opposing current as one walks in order to slightly increase the strength-building aspect of walking. I am a beginner at Glidewalking, and am hoping that the two concepts will work together. What do you think? Thanks! Amy P.S.
