What is your opinion of this mat for standing at the desk in the office?

I looked at this item and think it is very nice for standing balance and foot work. It is similar to using a Bosu ball. All of these items, trampolines, mats, etc. require a few things:
Knowledge of the Gokhale Method key postures:
Rib anchor and shoulders rolled back
Keeping your behind-behind you. In other words, the use of Tall Standing and adding your inner corset.
The caveat is using these items and not minding your posture.
